From an early age I have been fascinated by Astrology and how it can help us understand ourselves; our motivations, desires, talents and challenges. I have an Aries Sun, a Libra Moon and a Gemini Ascendant (Rising Sign). This combination gives me much enthusiasm for my practice, confidence in my ability and sincere desire to help my clients find balance and harmony in their lives. I also love teaching! My lesson plans are well developed and informative and my verbal skills help bring the subject of astrology alive for my students.
Thirteen years ago, I experienced my first person-to-person astrological reading and was amazed at how accurately the symbolism related to my circumstances at that time. The insights provided by my astrologer helped me understand the greater context and purpose of those circumstances, allowing me to move forward with renewed hope and optimism for the future. I began studying Astrology with this astrologer, Patty Finlayson, "Astrologer to Astrologers", teacher, advisor, lecturer and author.
I practice Evolutionary Astrology. The Astrologer helps the client understand their life’s purpose (The Evolutionary Intent) by analyzing the planetary influences that shape their unique experiences and circumstances and provides counseling to assist them in making choices that support soul growth. This method of Astrology is not fatalistic; the free will of the individual is deeply acknowledged and honored.
In May 2026, I will become a
Certified Master Evolutionary Astrologer with the completion of a 3 year curriculum at the Forrest Center for Evolutionary Astrology (FCEA). The FCEA is a trade school founded by world-renowned evolutionary astrologer Steven Forrest, who has authored a dozen astrological books. I am also a member of the Forrest Center for Evolutionary Astrology.
On a personal note, I live in Wilmington, Delaware. Before becoming a professional astrologer, my career was in the financial sector working in Expense Management for a major bank. In addition to working with my astrology clients, I enjoy my yoga practice and spending time with my very intriguing and imaginative Scorpio granddaughter.
