Complete the Consultation Request Form to schedule your consultation appointment with Sherry.
Booking Instructions:
1)
Complete the Consultation Request Form
to submit the following information:
- Length of consultation (45 minutes, 60 minutes, or 90 minutes)
- Type of Session you want
- Your date of birth
- Your time of birth (ex: 3:14 am) Note: If you do not know your time of birth, results will be less specific.
- Your place of birth (city, state, country)
- For a Synastry Session (relationship reading), provide the birth date, time and place information for the 2nd person.
- Enter Promo Code for Monthly Special if applies (optional, see top of page for Monthly Special)
2) Upon receiving your request, Sherry will email you to schedule the date and time your consultation.
